Set the Render Scale to 100. Many of these settings depend on the quality of your PC.

Depending on the quality of your PC, with a bad computer set View to low, while for a medium and good computer set it to medium or high-level view.
Lastly, turn off Sharpen, V-Sync, and Motion Blur options. Also, you can use DirectX 11 for this game.
Generally, with these settings, you can improve your FPS and game performance by 10 to 20 percent.
