Carved wood is one of the resources you will need to craft benches and various buildings in your game. In this guide, we are going to talk about how you are going to get carved wood in Nightingale to make things easier for you.
How To Get Carved Wood
In order to get your hands on carved wood in Nightingale, you should first craft a Refined Saw table. You can easily get this workbench from the Essence Traders in Provisioner Realms.
To unlock the Refined Saw Table, you are going to need a Tier 1 Essence, which is an uncommon rarity essence that you can find in the Antiquarian, Astrolabe, and Provisioner realms.
How to Get T1 Essence
Tier 1 Essence is a very important resource that you are going to require for most of the advanced recipes at the beginning of the game. It basically grants you your first refined items, so you will need to get it for more than one reason.
Luckily, getting T1 Essence in Nightingale is not very difficult. As we mentioned earlier in our guide, it is an uncommon rarity essence that you can find in the Antiquarian, Astrolobe, and Provisioner realms. The first thing you will need to do is complete the Antiquarian Site of Power. You are going to do that by upgrading your gear score to 20.

Crafting Carved Wood
If you manage to get yourself a Refined Saw Table, you can move on to the next step of crafting Carved Wood. Simply click on your refined saw table. Then, you are going to see a list of refinements that you can craft using this table.
In order to craft carved wood, you only need 4 Lumbers. If you already have it in your inventory, you can use it to craft a piece of Carved Wood immediately.
