Datamining is something that people like to see when playing games like these. In the case of some games (cough cough Marvel’s Avengers cough cough), datamining is the only way to get any sort of news of what is to come. Sadly, dataminers are looked down upon by developers, and for good reason. These are things that are not allowed to be revealed to the public so soon.
Have You Seen the New World Datamined Leaderboards?
However, it can be good for developers, as datamining brings hype to the new content that will be arriving soon. In this case, New World players are hyped about the new leaderboards. With this, players can now rise up the ranks to be the best, and what a sight will that be.
New World Database, which is the home for New World dataminers, has posted several images that showcase the new leaderboards. Here, we see one of them. As you can see above, players will be able to compete against one another in several aspects of the game. Like who is the best at Trade Skills? Who is the best at fighting other players or the environment?
This provides a competition of sorts at who will be the best of the best in the game, and the whole server will see who. Casual players might not be excited about the news, but hardcore players definitely have something to look forward to.
