You can easily find it on the map. It is advisable to build a Smelter here to speed up the production of steel and Titanium.
All you have to do to get Titanium is to put Steel and Plant Matter in the Smelter as input. Depending on the amount of input you will have a certain amount of output.
This may take some time if you have larger quantities. Of course, the two most needed resources are steel and plant matter. Just combine these two in the Smelter and you will get Titanium.
