Secret Staycation: All Food Location Guide (Updated)

There are lots of foods that you can collect and use in Secret Staycation. If you’re looking for a one-for-all stop of all the Food Locations, you’ve come to the right place. In this guide, I’ll cover all of the locations, as well as provide some guide on how to reach some of the hard-to-reach places in the game, like the Balcony and Bathtub!

All Food Location Guide

There are over 50 foods that you can collect and transform into in Secret Staycation. I’ve provided a Table of Contents, so you can easily navigate to whichever food you need help with.

Ramune

In Secret Staycation’s Juice Party mode, you can unlock the secret Ramune character by following a series of special steps involving the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop. Here’s a complete guide to unlocking Ramune and enjoying its unique abilities in the game’s Juice Party!

Unlocking The Strawberry Milk Ice Pop

Start by finding the Juice Party zone on the new map added in the 3.0 Update. Head to the Blender, positioned to the left of the spawn point, and interact with it. Select Orange: Put Rope (G) to enter the Juice Party mode.

• Score Points in Juice Party: Choose a strong food character (like French Fry) and compete to score 500 points in Juice Party mode.
• Claim the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop: After reaching 500 points, exit the game mode, visit the Rewards Section, and unlock the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop item.

NOTE: If you already have the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop unlocked, you can proceed to the next step.

Transforming the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop

Melt the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop: Once you have the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop, enter the Juice Party mode and use it until it “melts.” When melted, it loses its arms, legs, eyes, and mouth, leaving only the popsicle stick.

Check the Popsicle Stick Message: After melting, examine the stick. You’re looking for the message “WIN”—this message is essential to unlock Ramune. If the message reads “LOSE,” you can reset and try again.

Then, ask a Friend to Help: Once you have the “WIN” message on the popsicle stick, ask a friend to pick up your melted Strawberry Milk Ice Pop and head to the Blender together. Once that’s done, you will automatically get the Ramune character once you arrive at the Blender with the “WIN” stick.

In Juice Party mode, Ramune can shoot by using the top of its head, allowing it to reach high areas and target enemies from a distance.

Seed & Popcorn

To begin, you’ll need to locate Some Kind of Seed in the Juice Party mode. Follow these steps:

• Enter the Juice Party Mode: Head to the Blender on the left of the spawn point and interact to join the Juice Party game mode.

• Look for a Pink Bottle: Some Kind of Seed is hidden in a corner, partially covered by a pink bottle. Explore each corner carefully to find it!
  • NOTE: The location can change. For instance, I found mine behind the Brewski bottle. Make sure to check every bottle and corner!

After finding Some Kind of Seed, you can transform it into Popcorn by following these steps:

• Head to the Frying Pan: Take Some Kind of Seed to the frying pan in the map. Placing it in the frying pan will “cook” it, causing it to pop into Popcorn.
• Earn the Badge: Successfully turning Some Kind of Seed into Popcorn will reward you with the badge “Why did you touch the frying pan?” as a fun achievement for your collection.

Note: Due to a known bug, Popcorn may not always appear in your fridge after unlocking it. If you leave the game or switch to another character, you might lose Popcorn and need to repeat the transformation process to use it again.

Some Kind of Seed and Popcorn are technically considered the same food item, but Popcorn offers a unique appearance and moveset in the game. Also, other food characters often warn Some Kind of Seed to avoid the frying pan – a playful hint about its transformation process.

French Fry

To obtain the French Fry in Secret Staycation, you must first get access to the Juice Party gamemode. There, you’ll be able to pick up the French Fry and unlock it!

Now, to join a Juice Party game, start by locating the Juice Party zone on the new map. Head toward the Blender, positioned to the left of the spawn point. Interact with it and select the Orange: Put Rope (G) option to enter the Juice Party game mode.

You can choose to join a public game or create a private server to play solo or with friends. Either way, you’ll be able to unlock the French Fry.

After joining a Juice Party game, you’ll see a battlefield type of map, where there’s a Blue Team and Red Team.

• Choose Your Team and Go to the Opposite Team’s Wall:
  • If you’re on Team Red, head to the Blue Team’s wall.
  • If you’re on Team Blue, go behind the Red Team’s wall.

Behind the respective team wall, you’ll find the French Fry character ready to be collected.

The French Fry character can shoot oil to stun or slow down players on the opposing team, giving you a strategic edge in the Juice Party mode. However, due to its slim size, the French Fry character cannot participate in Hide and Seek.

Strawberry Milk Ice Pop

To obtain the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop in Secret Staycation, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Juice Party Game Mode

1. Locate the Juice Party Area: Begin by finding the Juice Party area on the new map. Head to the Blender located to the left of the spawning point. Interact with it and press the “Orange: Put Rope (G)” button to enter the Juice Party game mode.
2. Join or Create a Server: You can either join a public game or create a private server if you prefer to play solo or with friends.

Step 2: Select the Right Food Character

• Choose a Larger Food Character: Select larger food items, such as the French Fry or Strawberry Milk Ice Pop, as they generally have better durability compared to smaller foods like seeds or popcorn.

Step 3: Score Points in Juice Party

1. Be Aggressive: You must target weaker opponents to eliminate your enemies faster and maximize your scoring efficiency.
2. Use Rapid Fire: Use rapid shooting to take down your opponent quickly. Also, staying mobile will help you dodge incoming attacks and enhance your chances of survival.
3. Accumulate Points: Continue defeating other foods and gathering points. Your goal is to reach 500 points to unlock the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop.

Step 4: Claim the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop Reward (And What To Do With It)

1. Exit the Game Mode: Once you’ve accumulated enough points in Juice Party, exit the game.
2. Visit the Rewards Section: Navigate to the rewards area within Juice Party.
3. Unlock the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop: After scoring 500 points, you will be able to claim the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop food item.

When the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop melts, you can grab her by using the rope feature. However, she will lose all her arms, legs, eyes, and mouth, rendering her unable to walk. A teammate can then drag you around.

Popsicle Stick Messages: The popsicle stick of the Strawberry Milk Ice Pop has “LOSE” written on both sides. If she melts, this message becomes visible. There’s also a chance for it to show “WIN”, which grants you something special.

Resetting for Rewards: If you get the “LOSE” message, you can reset until you obtain a “WIN “. Once you achieve a “WIN”, ask a friend to bring you to the Blender to claim the Ramune secret food introduced in this update.

Ikura Sushi

To obtain the Ikura Sushi in Secret Staycation, you first need to dive into the new Juice Party game mode. Here’s how to get started:

Step 1: Access the Juice Party Game Mode

1. Locate the Juice Party Area: Begin by finding the Juice Party area on the new map. Head to the Blender located to the left of the spawning point. Interact with it and press the “Orange: Put Rope (G)” button to enter the Juice Party game mode.
2. Join or Create a Server: Choose to either join a public game or create a private server if you prefer playing solo or with friends.

Step 2: Select the Right Food Character

• Choose a Larger Food Character: Opt for larger food items, such as the French Fry or Strawberry Milk Ice Pop, as they generally have better durability compared to smaller foods like seeds or popcorn.

Step 3: Score Points in Juice Party

1. Engage in Battles: Defeat other food characters to earn points. Target weaker opponents for quicker eliminations.
2. Utilize Rapid Fire: Employ rapid shooting to take down adversaries swiftly. Stay mobile to dodge incoming attacks and increase your survival rate.
3. Accumulate Points: Keep defeating other foods and gathering points. Your goal is to reach enough points to unlock rewards.

Step 4: Claim the Ikura Sushi Reward

1. Exit the Game Mode: After accumulating the required points in Juice Party, exit the game.
2. Visit the Rewards Section: Navigate to the rewards area within Juice Party.
3. Unlock the Ikura Sushi: Once you have scored 250 points, you can claim the Ikura Sushi food item.

To improve your chances of racking up points and winning, consider these strategies:

• Target Smaller Foods: They are generally easier to defeat, providing quick points.
• Practice Dodging: Staying mobile makes it harder for opponents to hit you, allowing you to stay in the game longer.
• Utilize Cover and Strategic Positioning: Use higher ground or obstacles to avoid damage while targeting your foes.

Juice Party shares similarities with hide-and-seek, but without a main egg to find—though this may change in future updates.

Cherry

To unlock the Cherry in Secret Staycation, you’ll need to begin by accessing the new Juice Party game mode. Start by locating the Juice Party area on the new map, which can be found on the Blender to the left of the spawning point.

Step 1: Start the Juice Party Game Mode

1. Locate Juice Party: Go to the Juice Party area on the new map, which is on the Blender, left from the spawning point, as shown in the image below. Simply interact and press the “Orange: Put Rope (G)” button to play the Juice Party game mode.
2. Join or Create a Server: To start, either join a public game or create a private server if you want to play solo or with friends.

Step 2: Choose the Right Food Character

1. Pick a Larger Food: Smaller foods, like seeds or popcorn, tend to have lower health, so they may not be the best choice. Choose a larger food character for better durability.

Step 3: Score Points in Juice Party

1. Defeat Other Foods: Engage in battles and eliminate other players to earn points. Aim for weaker or smaller opponents to score points quickly.
2. Use Rapid Fire: Try rapid shooting to take down opponents fast. Jump around and dodge incoming attacks to stay in the game longer.
3. Build Up Points: Keep eliminating other foods and collecting points. The goal is to accumulate enough points to unlock rewards.

Step 4: Claim the Cherry Reward

1. Exit the Game Mode: Once you’ve scored enough points in Juice Party, leave the game.
2. Go to the Rewards Section: Head to the rewards area in Juice Party.
3. Claim the Cherry: Once you have 100 points, you’ll be able to unlock the Cherry food item.

Yep, it’s that simple! Before you start racking up those points. Here are some tips that you should know to help you win more and accumulate points faster:

• Target Smaller Foods: They’re usually easier to defeat, giving you quick points.
• Practice Dodging: Moving around makes it harder for other players to hit you, helping you stay in the game longer.
• Use Cover and Strategic Positioning: Take advantage of higher ground or obstacles to avoid damage while taking down opponents.

And there you have it! Following these steps will set you up to claim the Cherry in Secret Staycation’s Juice Party mode. With a little strategy and practice, you’ll be racking up points and unlocking rewards in no time. Remember to keep an eye on smaller opponent

Chocolate Macaron

To get the Chocolate Macaron food item in Secret Staycation, you’ll need to go to the new Garden area. You can do this by using the vent at the end of the hallway in the house. This is the same area where you can grow all the other food items added to the game recently. You can also use any food item you want for the obtainment method.

Plant Random Seed

The first thing you need to do to get the Chocolate Macaron in Secret Staycation is head to the Garden area. Once you’re here, you will need to grow a random plant. So, bring a random seed and bring it to your pot.

There are several Seeds available in the Garden area. All you need to do is explore the area and grab one.

You can find your pot by looking for a white highlight around it. It will also have your username on it.

Water Seed

After you’ve planted any seed in Secret Staycation, you will need to water and grow it. You will likely already be familiar with this process if you got the other food items. But we’ll still briefly go through it.

First, you’ll need to go to the nearby Fountain. This will make your character wet.

After that, you want to go to the pot where you planted the Seed. The water will drop off of you, watering the plant beneath you. 

You’ll know that you’re doing the watering correctly when the soil starts to change color and you’ll see water drops.

When the soil stops changing color, it means you have fully watered the seed.

Grow Plant

Next, you’ll need to wait for the plant to grow in Secret Staycation. You will likely need to wait over 15 minutes, depending on the seed that you are watering.

Eventually, the plant will have fully grown.

Get Withered Plant

After the plant has grown, you will now need to let it dry out. This will turn it into a withered plant in Secret Staycation.

To do this, you will need to wait 2 days for it to dry out. This means 2 days in real time i.e. 48 hours. Make sure that you do not touch the plant while you wait for it to dry.

Eventually, you will get a withered plant like the one shown below.

Water Withered Plant

After waiting so long, you will now need to water the withered plant in Secret Staycation. So, follow the same steps you did when you water the seed earlier in the guide.

This means going to the fountain and then returning to the dry plant to water it.

Unlock Chocolate Macaron

After you’ve watered the dry plant, you will now need to wait around 20 minutes in Secret Staycation. Once the wait time is over, return to your dry plant. You’ll see the Chocolate Macaron grown on the plant now.

Touch the Chocolate Macaron to unlock it and add it to your collection. Now you can turn into it whenever you want to!

That’s everything you need to know about getting the Chocolate Macaron in Secret Staycation. A neat little secret that players have finally unlocked after a few days. Who knows what other secret food items you can turn into.

Farmer Egg

In order to get the new Farmer Egg, you will need to reach the new area and complete a task. The steps you will need to follow will be:

1. Go to the Rooftop.
2. Get the Paki Paki Seed.
3. Plant the Paki Paki Seed.
4. Water the Seed.
5. Get your Farmer Egg Skin!

Now let’s take a look at these steps one by one.

Get to the Rooftop

First things first, choose a cool skin for yourself to get going. Make sure to choose something medium-sized size like a Dragon Fruit or Avocado. If you choose a larger skin, you might have trouble getting through the space you will need to go through to reach the rooftop area. Also, having a round skin might make it easier for you to go back and forth, believe us, you will need that.

If you are ready, jump off the kitchen counter and go through the door on the right. You will want to go all the way to the end of the corridor and look at your left. There, you will see a vent. Luckily, you do not have to do anything to open it, it will automatically open when you get closer.

Find & Get the Paki Paki Seed

Now that you reach the rooftop area, go to the plantation and find the Paki Paki Seed. It is a white and round seed. If you are having trouble finding it, we provided a picture of it below.

After finding the Paki Paki Seed, get closer to it and the “Put Rope” will appear on the right section of the screen. Then, just put a rope around the little seed.

Now, go back to the direction of the vent you used to get to the rooftop. Next to it, you will notice that there are several pots, and one of them is glowing. It means that that pot belongs to you. You need to go to that pot and put the seed you just acquired inside of it.

Water the Paki Paki Seed

Well, now we are at the most difficult, and we are really sorry to say that but also the most annoying part of this quest.

You will need to water your seed, but it is not going to be an easy job. You will need to go to the water fountain next to the pots, take a shower, and run back to your pot to water the seed. This part will definitely take some time to finish. But when you are done, you will get the Farmer Egg.

This is how to get the Farmer Egg location in Secret Staycation. It will take time, but good things take time, don’t they? Plus, you will have a chance to cool yourself a little bit by taking a shower in the water fountain so you can think of it as a win-win situation.

Persimmon

This new update is all about farming, so you need to get ready to get your hands wet and muddy. To get this cool new fruit you will need to follow four simple steps, but one of them is going to be a little lengthy.

1. Reach the Rooftop Area.
2. Find the Poka Poka Seed.
3. Plant the Poka Poka Seed.
4. Water the Poka Poka Seed and get your Persimmon Skin!

We will talk about each of these steps in the remainder of this guide.

Reach the Rooftop

The first thing you need to do is to choose a food skin for yourself. For this mission, we advise you to get a medium-sized and round food skin that will enable you to roll back and forth more easily. For that reason, you might want to choose an Onion. But if you want to use one of the new skins, Kashiwamochi will be fine too.

After choosing your skin, get off the kitchen countertop, turn right, and go to the end of the corridor. When you look at your left, you will see that there is a vent there. When you approach it, it will open and you will be teleported to the rooftop.

Find the Poka Poka Seed

On the rooftop, you will see that there is a plantation. You will need to find the Poka Poka seed in that plantation. It is a small and round orange seed, take a look at the picture below to see what it looks like.

Plant the Poka Poka Seed

After finding the Poka Poka Seed, you will have an option to put a rope around it. Take it, and then go back to the direction of the vent you used to get to the rooftop. On the left of it, you will see that there are a couple of pots. One of these pots is yours, and it will glow just for you. Go to that pot and put your Poka Poka Seed in it.

Water the Poka Poka Seed

Now, you will need to water your seed to grow it. This part will take you some time, so be ready for that one. In order to water your seed, you will need to go to the water fountain on the right and get yourself wet. Then, go back to the pot, and water it. You will need to repeat this step for a couple of times until the Persimmon skin appears on your screen.

This is basically how to get the Persimmon location in Secret Staycation. The watering part might be a little annoying, but it is fun to do some farming and get a little reward in return for it.

Pear

Before anything else, we first need to learn how to go to the new area. This new area is where you can get the Pear food in. Just approach the vent and it will open automatically for you, allowing you to go through.

After loading into the new area, head to the garden section and look around until you find a Sina Sina Seed. This is important as it is the key to getting the Pear in the game.

With the Sina Sina Seed in tow, head to the left side of the map and you should find some pots lined up together. Look for the one with your username (they all are assigned to different players) and place the Sina Sina Seed inside.

With the Sina Sina Seed now planted in the pot, it’s time to water it. Simply go to the open water faucet and get yourself wet. Once you are wet enough, head to the potted seed and stand on it until you are dry again. Repeat this process up to 15 or more minutes and the Pear food will pop up and be claimed by you.

That’s all you need to know on how to get the Pear food in Secret Staycation.

Eggplant

There are a lot of different characters that you can unlock in Secret Staycation and there are different ways to get them. Some only need you to find them, while others need a bit more effort to get. One of the latter is the Eggplant, since you’ll need to grow it first!

Here are the steps that we’ll be taking to get the Eggplant in the game:

1. Head into the hallway and go inside the small vent.
2. Going in the vent will bring you to the Small Farm.
3. Find the Sima Sima Seed and plant it in your pot.
4. Water the seed by getting yourself wet with the running water.
5. Continue watering it until it grows and you can get the Eggplant!

The Eggplant in Secret Staycation can be found by growing it in the Small Garden. Getting there is easy, all you need to do is know where the entrance is.

To get the Eggplant, you’ll need to head to the hallway as shown below. Go to the very end of the hallway and then look to the left.

There, you’ll find an air vent like the one shown below. Interact with it to open it and then go through it. You’ll see your character go up a flight of stairs inside of it. Once you do that, you’ll be sent to a loading screen.

After the game is done loading, you’ll be in the Small Garden area. Go to the area where there are plants and look for this purple seed called a Sima Sima Seed. You can see it below; you’ll need to drag it into the pot with your name on it.

Once you drag it there, the seed will be planted, and you’ll then need to water it.

To water the seed, you’ll want to go to the running water area as shown below and then jump in. Make your character wet and then head back to the pot. The water dripping from your character will go to the seed.

Make sure to do this multiple times to continue watering the seed. After a while, the seed will grow and it will spawn the Eggplant. At that point, all you need to do is touch it to obtain it!

That’s where you can find and get the eggplant in Secret Staycation.

Fig

When unlocking characters in Secret Staycation, you’ll need to know where they are. Some of them are easy; all you need is to get them there. Others like the Fig need you to do a couple more things before it spawns in the game!

Here are the steps that we’ll be taking to get the Fig in the game:

1. Head into the hallway and go inside the small vent.
2. Going in the vent will bring you to the Small Farm.
3. Find the Tubu Tubu Seed and plant it in your pot.
4. Water the seed by getting yourself wet with the running water.
5. Continue watering it until it grows and you can get the Fig!

There are a lot of new characters that you can get in Secret Staycation and one of them is the Fig. To get him, you’ll want to go down the hallway as shown below. Go to the very end and then head to the left.

There, you’ll find this vent on the wall as shown below. You’ll need to interact with it to open it and then make sure to go inside. Your character will go up the stairs inside of it, and then it will send you to a loading screen.

Once the game is done loading, you’ll be at the Small Farm area where there are a lot of pots on one side. On the other side is an area where there are plants. Go there and then look for the seed shown below which is a Tubu Tubu Seed.

Drag the seed into the pot that has your name, and it will automatically plant it there. Now you’ll need to water it!

To water the seed, you’ll want to go to the other end of the area where there’s a faucet with running water. Jump in and get your character wet then go back to the pot and then go on top of it. Your wet character will drip water into the pot to feed the seed.

Continuously go back and forth to the area and keep on watering the pot that way. After a while, the plant will grow and then a fig will spawn. All you need to do by then is to touch it to unlock it!

That’s how you can find the Fig in Secret Staycation.

Baby Watermelon

It’s important to note that you will need to head to the new Garden location if you want to get the Baby Watermelon. If you don’t know how to get there, we’ll show you that in this guide.

After that, we’ll go through the steps you need to undertake to get the Baby Watermelon in Secret Staycation.

New Map Location

Starting off, we’ll be heading to the new map in Secret Staycation for the Baby Watermelon. When you start the game, you’ll find yourself in the familiar kitchen area.

From the kitchen, you want to make your way to the hallway you can see on the side.

When you are in the hallway, you’ll see quite a few rooms here. You want to go to the hallway that is all the way to the end.

At the end of this hallway, there will be a dead end. But if you look towards your left, you’ll see a vent that you can enter inside. There will be a bunch of players going into it as well.

So make sure to go to the vent if you want to get to the Baby Watermelon location.

After you enter the vent, you’ll find yourself in the new map location in Secret Staycation. This is the Garden area where you can find a variety of new food items and areas to explore.

The Baby Watermelon is one such food item, and we’ll go through the steps of obtaining it next.

Baby Watermelon Obtainment Method

Now that you’re in the Garden map of Secret Staycation, it’s time to get the Baby Watermelon. First up, you’ll need to find a seed to grow the Baby Watermelon. Specifically, you’re looking for a Pika Pika Seed.

There is no specific location for where you can find this seed. It can be anywhere around the map, which includes the shelves and the dirt. 

However, it won’t be difficult to find and you might even see some players collecting them. You can take one from them!

Once you have the Pika Pika seed, you will need to plant it in your pot. This has to be your own pot and not someone else’s.

You can find your pot as it will be the one with the white highlight on it in the row of pots. It will also have your username on it.

When you take the Pika Pika seed to it, it will be planted automatically inside.

The next step is to water the pot in Secret Staycation. You can do this by first going to the nearby fountain of water and getting yourself wet.

When you are covered in water, make your way to the pot. After that, let the water drip off from you as it will water the pot. The soil will change color and become darker. 

When it stops changing color, you’ll know that the seed has been watered fully.

Now, all you need to do is wait for the Plant to grow in the pot. This can take more than 15 minutes, so you’ll just need to be patient. Once the plant has stopped growing, you’ll see the Baby Watermelon on it.

Simply touch the Baby Watermelon on the plant, and you’ll get it. You can now transform into it by accessing it from your collection!

That’s everything you need to know about getting the Baby Watermelon location in Secret Staycation.

Kashiwamochi

To get the new Kashiwamochi item in Secret Staycation, you will actually need to go to the new room location. This is the Garden area, and if you don’t know how to get there, we’ll show you that at the start.

New Room Location

Starting off, we’ll be showing you how you can get to the new Garden room location in Secret Staycation. When you spawn in the kitchen area, you’ll see a hallway towards the side.

Enter inside this hallway. You can be any food item that you want.

When you enter the hallway, you’ll see a bunch of rooms nearby. However, you want to go straight all the way to the end.

At the end of the hallway, you’ll be able to see a vent on the side. There will even be a bunch of players trying to get inside it.

Head into the vent.

After you go into the vent, you will be at the new area in Secret Staycation! This is the Garden area, and all the new food items added to the game can be obtained here.

Now, let’s see how you can get the Kashiwamochi food item.

Kashiwamochi Obtainment Method

Once you’re in the new Garden room at Secret Staycation, it’s time to get the new Kashiwamochi food item. So, first off, you’ll need to search the area for a Mochi Mochi Seed.

This Seed can be anywhere on the map and there is no fixed location. You’ll need to explore the whole area until you come across one. You might see some players playing around with the seeds and can grab one from them too.

Once you have the Mochi Mochi Seed, you will need to drag it to your pot. You’ll know which pot is yours by the white highlight around it.

When the seed is near the pot, it will automatically get planted inside.

The next thing you need to do is water the Mochi Mochi Seed in Secret Staycation. To do this, you will need to go to the nearby fountain that has water coming out of it.

Stand underneath it to get yourself wet.

After you are covered in water, go back to your pot and stand above it. You’ll see water dripping off of you and slowly watering the plant.

The soil in the pot will change color until it is completely dark, signaling that you’ve watered it completely.

Now, all you need to do is simply wait for the Mochi Mochi seed to grow. This can take some time, usually 15 minutes, but also over it in some cases. You’ll be able to see the plant grow as well.

Once the plant has fully grown, you’ll see the Kashiwamochi leaf on it. Now all you need to do is jump and touch it. Doing so will give you the Kashiwamochi food item.

You can now access it in your Secret Staycation collection and even turn into it!

That’s everything you need to know about how to get Kashiwamochi in Secret Staycation.

Black Olive

First of all, you will need to go to the new rooftop garden area. To do this, jump down from spawn and head over to the hallway to your right. Just keep going all the way to the end of the hallway.

There, you will find a white vent on the side, which will automatically open as you approach it. All you need to do here is enter the vent and you will be teleported straight to the new area.

Once you are up here, this is where things get a little random. First, you will need to find a Makkuro Seed. I cannot help you much in this regard, as their spawns seem to be a bit random and other players are constantly knocking things around or taking them and dropping them elsewhere.

It is basically a black seed / ball on the ground that sticks out from the terrain, just like all the other seeds you can pick up. Your best chance of finding one is getting on top of the planter boxes by climbing shovels or doing a bit of parkour.

Once you find one, stand beside it and you will get a “Rope” prompt that has the hotkey of G. Simply press G and your character will attach a rope to the seed.

Next, you have to make your way to the pot that has your name on it. This is highlighted on your screen and will be visible no matter where you are on the rooftop zone.

Walk right on top of the pot until the seed you are carrying is automatically planted on it. Once you have confirmed that the seed is in the pot, you can proceed to the next step.

Watering the Plant

After planting your seed, walk over to the faucet near the vent where you entered the zone from. Put yourself under the running water and go back to your pot.

You do not need to stay under the water for long. After a bit of testing, I can safely say that there is literally no difference, and you will only be wasting your time if you stand there too long.

Now, while your character is dripping water, you want to stand on top of the pot until the soil becomes visibly darker, indicating that it is wet. Once the soil has changed color, there is nothing else you can do.

The Waiting Game

Although it may seem like nothing is happening, the plant is growing as long as the soil is dark. My suggestion to you is to find another seed to plant while waiting.

Occasionally, the soil will dry up and return to its original light brown color. When this happens, just do the same steps you took to water it again. Over time, depending on what seed you planted, it will visibly change.

In this case, it will start looking like a typical olive plant, though there won’t be any fruit just yet. Just run around and wait until it fully grows. Do not leave the map, as this will likely pause the growth.

It took me around 20 or fewer minutes to get it done. I didn’t set a timer to check as it I was writing this as I waited for it to grow. It might be a little faster than that if you paid full attention.

NOTE: Leaving the map is fine if you absolutely have to. I can confirm that your progress will save, but it might not grow while you are away and also possibly reset the growth timer.

Eventually, the plant will reach its final growth stage, and the black olive will be hanging under it. It’s easy to tell if the plant is ready as it will be shimmering with white stars. Simply touch the fruit / vegetable itself and you should get the morph unlocked.

NOTE: You might want to change to a small food item to pick it up. As you can see in the image below, I had a bit of trouble trying to pick it up as the apple. Alternatively, you can try to bump it by jumping from your neighbor’s pot. That worked for me in the end.

Once you have it, the fruit will stop glowing and you can safely go back to the main area and swap over to the black olive. Before you leave, though, clear up the pot to make way for other stuff that you will be unlocking in the roof area.

To do this, simply step on top of the pot and then press G. This will attach a rope to the plant, and all you need to do is walk away until it gets pulled off the pot and disappears.

And that is everything you need to know in order to unlock the new black olive food item in the game.

Mitarashi Dango

First up, you will want to head to the new area. To do this, jump down from the spawn area and head over to through the doorway to the right. Keep going until you reach the end of the hallway.

There, you will find a white vent, and this will automatically open when you walk close to it. Go through this passage and you will be teleported to the new rooftop zone.

Once you find yourself in the rooftop garden zone, the next step will be to find a stick. There is really no advice I can give here, as it can spawn in seemingly random parts of the map.

Since people are constantly grabbing it or knocking it around, it might take you a while to find one. I got mine from one of the planter boxes by climbing up a shovel

My only tip to hopefully speed this up is to leave the area and then go back in through the white vent. This will put you in a different instance of the map that hopefully has a stick lying around.

Once you find it, simply approach it until you get a new button on the screen that lets you attach a rope to it. When you do, press G and you will now have “Just a stick” attached to your character.

Bring this over to your plant pot, which is always highlighted while you are in this map and will have a tag that has your name on it. Once you step on top of the pot, the stick will be automatically planted.

SIDE NOTE: The character I am using in the picture above is the black olive, which is another new thing you can get in this map. Check out our guide on how to get the black olive for more information!

Watering the Stick

Once you have planted the stick on the pot and gotten over the fact that you are trying to grow something out of a barbecue skewer (lol), walk over to the faucet near the white vent that you entered through.

Stand right under the running water and then head back to your plant pot. Take note that you do not need to stand there for long. Simply touching the running water is enough, and your character will start dripping to indicate that you are wet.

Once your character is dripping water, you will want to stand on your pot to start watering whatever is planted on it. The soil will change color and turn into a darker shade of brown, indicating that it is now wet.

NOTE: There seems to be a bug wherein certain characters just cannot seem to water it. In my case, the black olive cannot water the pot, so I had to switch back to the apple to get it done. Leaving the map is okay, as whatever you had planted will stay on your pot even if you leave.

The Waiting Game Begins

Once the soil is wet, there is really nothing else you can do but wait for it to grow. Do not waste your energy going back and forth to drip all over it again, as all you will be achieving is resetting the watered status of the soil.

I did not time the entire process, but I believe it took me roughly 20 minutes, give or take. Do keep in mind that this includes time that I forgot to water it when it dried back up as I was busy writing this article.

On that note, the soil will eventually dry. When this happens, simply touch the running water and go back to drip over it until it turns dark brown again. That’s really all there is to it.

In the case of this food item, since it really isn’t a plant, the only indication that it is growing is that a white dango ball will appear on the stick over time. This will continue until around three dango balls are on it.

While waiting, you can spend this time searching for your next seed, as there is a whole bunch of other food items that you will need to unlock this way! Just keep it on your rope until you’re ready to plant it.

Eventually, the skewer will be complete and will have sweet soy sauce all over it. It will also start shimmering with white stars, indicating that you can now pick it up. Congratulations, you now have the Mitarashi dango!

Once you have gotten the notification that you unlocked the Mitarashi dango, you can remove the stick from your pot by stepping beside it and pressing G to attach a rope to it. Walk away and it will be pulled out of the pot and disappear, leaving room for a new seed.

If you already had a seed attached to a rope while you were waiting, my suggestion is to go under the ramp and then detach the seed there to hide it from other players while you pull the plant out of the pot.

That is pretty much everything you need to know in order to unlock the new Mitarashi dango food item.

Safety First Egg

Safety First Egg is an egg you can find during the hide-and-seek game in the Playground area. Living up to its name, the Safety First Egg really makes sure people can’t just find him by looking around.

Head to the sandbox area and find a red bucket. There’s a hidden area under the red bucket that you have to either push to remove or slip through. You’ll be in a small tunnel of sand held together by sticks.

Safety First Egg is stuck on the ceiling, hence why you can use the Leek model to reach it. The White Radish is also another tall model that you can try using. Alternatively, you can try ragdolling yourself to the spot which can take a while to hit properly.

And that’s how you can find the Safety First Egg in Secret Staycation!

White Marshmallow

Before anything, you will need to select the Playground map to head to that location. That’s because the White Marshmallow is located here.

When you are in the Playground, head up the slide and keep moving up until you find a wooden plank that leads to another area.

As you move down, you will find the White Marshmallow in the large pipes. Keep going down the wooden plank and walk to the White Marshmallow to get it.

That’s all you need to know on how to get the White Marshmallow in Secret Staycation.

White Radish

To get the White Radish, you’ll first need to get into the game and select the Hide and Seek button on the upper left of the screen. This will let you pick a map where you’ll want to play this minigame and you’ll want to pick the playground map.

You’ll spawn into the Playground where you’ll see a countdown for the game to start. Make your way to the swing set where you can see the White Radish on one of the swings as shown below.

What you’ll need to do is fling your character on top of the seat and touch the White Radish. Doing so will let you obtain the character. It can be difficult to get there but a great way to fling yourself onto it is to start outside of the green pads below the seat. That’s how you can get the White Radish in Secret Staycation.

Asparagus

The Asparagus is not the only food item that you can get as part of the new update to Secret Staycation. If you’re not interested in turning into this vegetable, there is another one you can find. Check out our guide on How To Get Onion Location – to be able to find this one too!

With that said, let’s turn our attention to getting the Asparagus in Secret Staycation. Here are the steps that you need to follow to get to the location:

1. Select the new Playground map in Hide and Seek
2. Navigate to the sandbox area of the map
3. Push the bucket and enter the secret hole underneath it
4. Navigate through the tunnel all the way to the end
5. Go to the end of the garden strip after exiting the hole
6. Touch the Asparagus hiding in the final flower bush to obtain it!

Select the Playground Map

Starting off, you’ll want to select the right map for the Asparagus location in Secret Staycation. So, you’ll be choosing the new Playground map in the Hide and Seek mode of the game.

Go to Sandbox

After you spawn in the Playground map, you’ll be heading to the sandbox area. You can find the sandbox towards the other end of the playground from the spawn area. This is the first step in ensuring you get the Asparagus location.

It can be a long walk so make sure that you go there fast, before the seeker starts looking for you in Secret Staycation!

Push The Bucket (Secret Hole)

Once you reach the sandbox area in the playground, you’ll see a bunch of tools and toys there. Look for the bucket that will be upside down in the sand. The bucket is actually hiding an entrance to a secret tunnel in Secret Staycation.

You can enter the secret tunnel by pushing the bucket aside. 

To push the bucket, simply push yourself against it until it eventually gives. Make sure that you’re a decent size food item, like a Chicken Nugget, if you want to push it aside.

When you see a little bit of room, you can use it to enter the secret tunnel.

Navigate Through Secret Tunnel

When you enter the secret tunnel behind the bucket, you’ll want to go all the way to the other side. 

Luckily, this tunnel is pretty straightforward and only goes in one direction. Just make sure you do not get turned around, as the tunnel does look the same everywhere.

As you go through the tunnel, you can even find the Safety First Egg somewhere at the top. However, for the Asparagus location, just go straight to the other side.

Go To The End Of Garden Strip (Asparagus Location)

Once you’ve successfully navigated through the tunnel in Secret Staycation, you’ll exit through a hole vertically. This hole will lead you to a garden strip that has flower bushes and other plants.

You can even see the Playground sandbox below you.

While facing the Playground sandbox, you will want to head towards the right side of the garden strip. You can easily do this by walking along the border of the garden strip. This is because the plants and flowers can make navigating a pain as you can’t really see through them.

Walk along the strip until you come to a dead end, all the way to the large playground wall. Here, you’ll see a flower bush with something glowing inside it. This flower bush is the location where the Asparagus is.

Simply walk into the flower bush and touch the glowing Asparagus. You’ll obtain it in your collection and can now turn into it whenever you please!

That’s everything you need to know about getting the Asparagus Location in Secret Staycatio. That was quite a journey indeed and it probably gave you some great ideas for hiding spots in the game! But who knows, there might be some other secrets as well!

Collecting food has never been more fun. Roblox Secret Staycation ensures that they drop more food items that you can find, collect and add to your bigger collection of fruits.

In addition to that, each item has their own unique qualities that give them an upper hand among other fruits in getting into difficult places, so the game even allows for strategy! Check out our guide on Best Top Hiding Places & How To Sneak Up To The Top Shelf in Secret Staycation. Now, let’s see what you need to do in order to find the onion in Secret Staycation

Finding the Onion

You can start by selecting the Playground as your Map.

You can use the lemon for this adventure. 

Note: If the server is full (which might happen a lot when you choose the Playground as your location), all you need to do is wait a couple of seconds to a minute and then try transporting to the desired location again and it should work!

Now, start moving in the direction of the swings and slides. 

Go past that and reach the end of the playground where you’ll see a black and yellow striped gate.  Underneath the gate, to the very right of it, you’ll find the onion sitting there. Go over there and collect your onion!

And that’s how you get the Onion added to your food collection!

Mamesuke

To find Mamesuke, we must past a certain trial in this house, so we’ll start with how exactly to go there. Go past the Japanese tatami room with the sliding doors. At the end of the hallway is the toilet to your left which you can jump into.

This is where you get to do a certain test. Don’t break the picture frames or you’ll start a hard mode.

Drag one of the bean child to trigger the bean mama. Your task now is to drop the 3 baby beans back to the mama. Do so by dropping them on the path where the mama will slide through.

Alternatively, you can just drop them on the entrance and then drag it to the mama when it stops. That counts as well. Do this and win 3 times to get Mamesuke! Win 2 times for Mameko and 4 times for the Butler Egg.

Butler Egg

Before going into more depth, to get the Butler Egg, you need to follow the following steps:

1. Make your way to the Edamame Mansion by flushing yourself down the Toilet.
2. Finish the cutscene with the Butler.
3. Defeat the Edamame Boss 4 times.
4. After defeating the boss for the 4th time, you will unlock the Butler Egg.

Edamame Mansion

From the spawn area, go straight and fall down. Then go to the room on your right. At the end of this room, you will find the Washroom on your left. Go inside the Washroom and climb up to jump into the Toilet. This will give you a loading screen. After the game loads, you will find yourself in Edamame Mansion.

As you get there, you will get a cutscene with the Butler. He will request to put the Beans back into Edamame’s Belly. Go into the main room to start the boss fight.

Putting the Beans back in Edamame’s Belly

There are a total of 3 Beans which you need to put back into Edamame. To do so, go near the Bean and attach a rope to it by pressing G. Afterwards, drag it into the main room as you can see in the image below.

Now, you will see Edamame jump towards you. What you need to do is let go of the Bean and get away from the impact. If Edamame lands correctly on the Bean, it will get inside her Belly. Check the image below as an example. You need to do the same for the other 2 Beans as well.

After you give Edamame all 3 of its Beans, you will win the boss fight. To get the Butler Egg, you need to defeat Edamame like this 3 more times for a total of 4 wins. Once you are able to defeat Edamame for the 4th time, you will receive the Butler Egg.

Fake Edamame

In a nutshell, following are the steps that you will be taking in order to get the Fake Edamame:

1. Jump down from the Spawn location.
2. Go inside the room on your right.
3. Go into the Washroom which will be at your left.
4. Climb up and then jump into the Toilet.
5. Hit the Edamame Portrait 3 times so it falls down.
6. This will unlock the Hard Difficulty mode of the Edamame Boss.
7. Defeat the angry Edamame Boss.
8. After defeating the Edamame Boss on hard difficulty, you will get Fake Edamame.

Getting into the Edamame Mansion

If you haven’t gotten into Edamame Mansion before then do not worry, I will guide you from the spawn location. If you already know how to get there then you can skip this part. When you get into the game, you will spawn near a kitchen sink. You need to go straight and then jump downwards. You can look at the image below for guidance.

After you get down, there will be a room on your right. Go inside this room. It is the one that is marked in the image below.

As you move into the room, you will notice an open door at your left that leads to the Toilet. Go inside that room. It is also marked for you in the image below.

You will notice a couple of objects to the right side of the Toilet. Use these objects to climb up. Follow the red arrow which is marked in the image down below.

After climbing up, simply jump into the Toilet. I know this sounds weird but this is how the developers made it so. You will get a flushing animation after you jump in there.

After you have successfully jumped into the Toilet, you will be greeted with a loading screen. Depending on how fast your internet is, it may take a few minutes. This is basically loading the Edamame Mansion server. Once the loading is complete, you will spawn inside the Edamame Mansion.

Hitting the Painting 3 Times

As you spawn inside the Edamame Mansion, you will notice a Portrait of Edamame, Butler and the 3 Beans to your right hanging on the wall. You need to hit this Portrait 3 times with your character. It is marked in the image below for your guidance.

Once you do it correctly, the Portrait will fall down as you can see in the image below. What this basically does is activate the hard mode of the Edamame boss.

Fight Edamame Boss (on Hard Difficulty)

Walk into the main room to start the boss fight, you will notice an angry expression on Edamame which indicates that the hard mode is active right now. You need to defeat the Edamame boss on hard mode to get the Fake Edamame.

Tips on defeating Edamame

When the boss fight begins, she will throw her Hat at you. The Hat will keep following you until you can far away where it stops following you and returns back to Edamame. The Hat can not follow you to the Edamame Mansion’s spawn area.

To defeat the Edamame boss, you need to drag the Beans into the main room and make Edamame land on them. One simple way of doing this is dragging the Bean close to the main room entrance and then leaving the room when Edamame does its last jump. Chances are it will land on the Bean correctly. You have to keep doing this until Edamame gets all of its 3 Beans.

I am not going to sugarcoat this, it is going to be a difficult fight and it may take you a couple of tries until you are able to defeat Edamame. But do not worry, it is not just you. A lot of players are struggling with the Edamame boss on hard mode.

Fake Edamame

Once you are able to defeat the Edamame boss, you will get the Fake Edamame and its badge. Click on the Fridge icon and you should be able to see Fake Edamame there. And this wraps up this guide on Fake Edamame, I hope you found this helpful.

Mameko

There are some interesting and difficult-to-get collectibles in Secret Staycation and one of them is the Mameko. Unlike other collectibles where you just go to the location and get it, this one needs you to do a little minigame. Here is how you can get this one!

Here are the steps that we’ll be taking to get the Mameko:

1. Go down the spawn and head to the hallway.
2. Go to the very end of the hallway and then left to the bathroom.
3. Jump into the toilet and get flushed.
4. Use the Rope to drag the kids to the mother.
5. Bait the mother to jump on the kid.
6. Repeat until all the kids are in the mother.
7. Get the Mameko!

To start, you’ll want to go down the spawn area and then head to the hallway as shown below. Make sure to use a character that can dodge! You’ll need it to get the Mameko.

Once you’re in the hallway, go to the very end until you reach the area shown below. Go to the door to the left and onto the bathroom.

You’ll then see the toilet bowl and a few things stacked in front of it. Use the platforms in front of it to get on top of the toilet bowl and jump inside of it to get flushed down.

Once you’re flushed down the toilet, you’ll spawn in another hallway with 3 kids sleeping on baskets. Following that, you’ll reach a large room where a ‘boss fight’ happens. You’ll need to use the Taking Rope on the kids sleeping and drag them onto the boss.

Then, you’ll need to bait the boss by making it slam down onto the kid. If you time it right, you won’t get damaged, and the kid will be taken by the boss. Do this a total of 3 times for all the kids to continue.

After the last kid is returned to the boss, you’ll then get the Mameko in the game!

Chicken Nugget

We already told you that you need to go to the Edamame Mansion to get the chicken nugget in Secret Staycation. But, what you should do to get to that area? Let’s take a quick look at that. We are using dragon fruit for this guide.

As soon as you start the game, get down from the kitchen countertop and use the door on the right to go to the corridor. You need to go to the toilet first, and you can do that by going through the door that is located to your left at the end of that corridor.

Once you are in the restroom, use the yellow toy step ladder right next to the toilet. Then get on the plank and jump inside the toilet to flush yourself down. Yes, you need to do that to reach the new Edamame Mansion. Not weird at all.

Once you pass the loading screen, you will find yourself in the Edamame Mansion. You are going to see three little baby beans sleeping in their beds in the corridor. If you want to take one of them, make sure to take a look at our guide on how to get Mameo. But for this one, just pass right through them.

If you go straight, you will reach a room with mother Edamame in it. She is not going to do anything to you if you did not touch one of her precious babies.

To find the chicken nugget, take a look behind the door on the left when you turn around to see the door. Once you get closer, you can easily get the chicken nugget.

Just like this, you just learned how to get chicken nugget location in Secret Staycation!

Pineapple

Getting the pineapple in Secret Staycation is pretty easy, it is one of the fruits that you can find lying somewhere in the house.

Start with choosing a character skin for yourself from the fridge. As we said, it is very simple to get the pineapple so you do not need to get a certain food as your character. However, choose a food that is light and not to big because you will need to jump to reach the pineapple.

After choosing a skin, just jump down the kitchen countertop and go through the door on the right. Walk to the end of the corridor and reach the toilet by using the door on the left.

Once you reach the toilet, you will see a yellow toy step ladder next to the toilet. Get on top of it and walk to the plank next to it. Then, jump inside the toilet but do not let it flush you down. In order to do that, you should make sure that you do not jump right into the hole, but to the side inside.

Take a look at the picture below if you are feeling confused.

After that, you will basically rise to the sky! When it happens, you can see the pineapple chilling inside the sink. All you need to do is to get to that sink and when you are near the pineapple, you are going to automatically get it. This is how to get pineapple location in Secret Staycation.

Mameo

First things first, you will start the game on the kitchen countertop as always. Choose a fruit or vegetable or any kind of food you want to play as from your collection, but we do not recommend you to use a big fruit like watermelon or coconut, no need for that. We are going to use the dragon fruit in this guide.

Once you are set and ready to go, jump down and turn right to leave the living room. Go all the way to the end of the corridor there, and go through the door on your left to reach the toilet.

You are going to see a yellow toy step ladder next to the toilet. Which is actually the location of one of the other new food additions in the game. Make sure to take a look at our How To Get Melon Location guide to learn more about that.

Climb the yellow toy step ladder and get on the plank that connects the stairs and the shelf on the left. When you are in the middle, jump right into the toilet. Yes, you read it right, you will flush yourself down. Just trust us.

The only way to reach the new Edamame Mansion is through this toilet. Are we going to make a comment about how weird it sounds? No. But we are certainly thinking about it too…

Now, you will see a loading screen that will get you ready to reach the Edamame Mansion. Once you are there, you will see three little beans sleeping on their fruit themed little beds on the corridor. How cute, right? They are sleeping safe and sound.

Little do they know that they are not safe anymore because you have just arrived. In a minute, you will basically kidnap one of these cute little beans.

There are three beans there and their names are Mameo, Mameko and Mamesuke. But the one we are looking for is Mameo, and he is sleeping in the watermelon bed. However, you need to take all of the children to get Mameo. So it does not matter which one you take first.

When you get closer to one of the beans, there is going to be an option for you to put a rope to take them.

Once you put the rope, you will be able to bring Mameo with you. Take him and walk straight ahead. You are going to see their mother Edamame, looking at you with tears in her eyes… Obviously, she is not happy with you taking her precious child.

After the small cutscene that shows the mother Edamame crying and screaming for her children, three hearts will appear on top of your head. Make sure to always check your hearts. Remember that you will need to restart all over again if you lose all of them.

Mother Edamame will try to run towards you to take back her little bean. But since she is a one big bean, she is not going to be able to run so fast. Indeed, she will fall down to the floor if she misses you.

Once she is on the ground, get closer to her. Then, you will give her little baby bean back to her. Come on, of course we were only joking about the kidnapping!

After giving the first baby bean to mother Edamame, you are going to go and get the other ones as well. Just like you did before, get closer to their beds and put a rope around them.

Remember that even though you are taking her children back to her, mother Edamame will start to throw her weirdly magical hat towards you. You will lose hearts each time it hits you. As a mother, she is still concerned about how you take her children from their bed with a rope for no reason at all.

By the way, it is important to know that mother Edamame’s hat will follow you outside that room as well. So, do not think that you are safe by going back to the corridor with the beds. You can still get hit by the hat.

Just like this, you are going to need to take all of the beans and take them back to their mother.

If you manage to take all three beans to their mother without dying, you are going to be able to get the Mameo as a new character skin.

This is how to get Mameo location in Secret Staycation, and we have so many questions about this obtainment method. First, why do we get inside their house and put a literal rope around the little baby beans who are sleeping soundly on their beds?

Why are we taking them back to their mother as if they are lost? Why mother Edamame keeps fighting us even though we are taking the babies to her? It goes on and on…

Well, I guess it is better to say it is what it is. After this extremely questionable experience, little Mameo will be added to your collection.

Mangosteen

The Mangosteen is actually one of the easiest fruits you can find in Secret Staycation. You do not need to have a certain fruit to get access to its location. This means that you can just go there by using the standard character.

Now, let’s take a look at where to go to find the mangosteen. As always, you will start the game on the kitchen countertop. Jump down and take a turn to the right to leave the living room.

From that point, go straight and reach the end of the corridor. You are going to see a door on your left. That is the door to the toilet. Yes, the mangosteen is located inside there…

Do not be shocked, you can find the fruits and vegetables all around the house in this game. It might be weird, but it is what makes the game funny.

Now, you will see a little yellow toy step ladder with a bunch of magazines on it located right next to the toilet. Climb the stairs to get on top of the toilet.

In order to do that, you will need to get on the plank that connects the stairs and the shelf on the left. When you are in the middle, you will be able to reach the toilet.

Now, you are going to need to jump behind the toilet cover to find the mangosteen. You will see it glowing there too. Be careful not to fall into the toilet while doing that though… for your own sake.

Once you manage to reach behind the toilet cover, you will automatically get the Mangosteen. After that, you are going to be able to see this new fruit in your collection and use it as a character. Just go back to the fridge and you will be able to select it.

Melon

To get the Melon, you simply need to head to the bathroom that opened up with the latest update. To start, use the door closest to the game’s starting point and head down into the hallway.

Now, you should notice a white open door at the end of the hallway. That’s the new bathroom, so just walk towards it.

Once you’re in the bathroom, you should see a small yellow step ladder at the start of the path leading into the toilet. 

However, the Melon doesn’t actually require you to use the toilet itself at all. That’s despite it being part of the new “Toilet Update”, mind you.

All you really need to do is to check behind and under the yellow step ladder to find the Melon just lying on the floor. Simply walk up to it to collect it and unlock it as a playable foodstuff!

Remember though, don’t confuse the Melon with the Melonpan or the Watermelon.

Anyway, that’s all there is to know about how to get the Melon and its location. Surprisingly and refreshingly simple, right?

Piece of Nori

There are a lot of hidden secrets in Secret Staycation thus the name and it’s part of the game to look for them. One of the secrets is the Piece of Nori and to get this one you need the help of another player. So make sure you go chat with another player or invite your friend over!

These are the steps we’ll be taking to get the Piece of Nori in the game:

1. Go Inside The Washing Machine.
2. Have another player close the Washing Machine.
3. Spin around the Washing Machine and fall through the floor.
4. Obtain the Piece of Nori!

Detailed Walkthrough

To find this secret, you’ll need another player to help you out. To start, you’ll want to go out of the main room and onto the hallway as shown below. You’ll want to stick to the left wall until you reach the area where the Washing Machine is.

In front of the washing machine is a pile of books that you can use to get yourself inside. Here is where you’ll need a friend or another player to get the Piece of Nori.

You’ll want to jump inside and ask a friend or another player to close the door to the washing machine once you’re inside. It can take a while for the door to close, so just be patient and stay inside the machine.

Once the door is closed, the machine will start, and you’ll be tumbling and spinning around. After a few seconds of this, you’ll fall through the machine and underneath it is the area where the Piece of Nori is. Now, all you need to do is interact with it to get it!

Mixture of Flour And Water

One of the main things you’ll do on Secret Staycation is look for secrets around the map. The thing is some of these secrets are hard to find, and some are even outside the map! Here’s how you can get to the Mixture of Flour and Water secret.

Here are the steps we’ll be taking to get the Mixture of Flour and Water:

1. Go to the hallway area.
2. Go towards the end of the hallway where there’s a door.
3. Go through the gap in the door to go through it.
4. Obtain the Mixture of Flour and Water on the other side!

Detailed Walkthrough

When you start the game, you’ll want to head to the hallway as shown in the image below. Just jump down the counter and then head to the right.

You’ll see a hallway that has multiple doors on each side, we’ll want to go to the very end where there’s a sign. To the left is the place where there’s a Washing Machine and you can get the Piece of Nori secret there. Check out our guide on how to get the piece of Nori for more information on that!

Once you’re at the end of the hallway, you’ll want to go to the right side of the door behind the “Coming Soon” sign. For this to work, you’ll want to have a thin character that can go through the small gap on the door. You might need to ragdoll yourself to get through.

Once you’re through the gap, you’ll see the outside of the map. Be careful since you can fall in this area. When you go through the gap in the door, head to the left and there, you’ll find the Mixture of Flour and Water as shown below. All you need to do is touch it to get the item and the badge!

Ice Cube

The Ice Cube is, indeed, located inside the fridge. But you might have been struggling to actually spot the Ice Cube.

But if you haven’t guessed it, yes, it’s in the fridge. To find it, you have to head to the kitchen, next to the counter. Stand on the platform here which is the track for the toy train and then open the fridge.

The Ice Cube is right on the most bottom row of the fridge. But you might’ve been missing the Ice Cube because when the fridge is fully opened, it’ll be nearly out of the screen.

But you should be able to see the top part of the Ice Cube still. Get inside, then walk towards and Ice Cube to get him. And that’s how you can find the Ice Cube in the Secret Staycation Roblox game.

Avocado

In order to get the avocado, you will need the help of other players in the server. Since the game has been recently updated, you will most likely find a ton of people looking for the avocado as well.

When you are in the game, select a food that’s heavy. Once you do that, head to the new Japanese room in the apartment. Once you enter, immediately go to the right side and stand on this part of the floor.

The reason being is that the avocado is hidden underneath here, and the only way to get to it is by standing on one end of the floor in order to fall through.

Once there, head to the bottom of the table and you will find the Avocado in the corner. Approach it and you will immediately unlock the avocado for use.

That’s all you need to know on how to get the Avocado and its location in Secret Staycation.

Onsen Manju 

Let’s first talk about what exactly this tasty delicacy is. The Onsen Manju is a popular Japanese confection and it’s made of flour, rice powder, kudzu, buckwheat, and a filling of a red bean paste. It is a traditional Hot Spring dessert, and it resembles a steamed bun. 

Sounds really tasty already. So, let’s see how to get this steamed bun, Onsen Manji, in Secret Staycation. 

Let’s get started

Choose your food character who will help you rescue the Onsen Manju. The Salad Leaf is the best candidate for the job. 

Once you choose your character, you’ll find yourself spawned on the counter top. Head right toward where the sink and faucets are with the running water. 

Keep going in that direction and you’ll eventually end up falling because the counter top ends at one point. Now, head toward the room closest to the counter top, toward the right.

Once you turn right, keep heading forward and you’ll notice a japanese-style room.

Keep heading in the direction of this room and you’ll find yourself in Washitsu, also known as a traditional Japanese room. In the middle of the room, you’ll find a short-legged floor table with is also generally used in traditional Japanese homes and it’s called a chabudai.

Keep heading toward the left side of the room and you’ll see a stack up pillows, creating a ramp to help you walk up the shelf. Walk up the first floor with all of the cushions. 

At this point, you might be tempted to take a small nap considering how cozy the place is but we must continue persevering. On this floor, you’ll notice a platform that may be out of reach. But the platform will come down at your level so simply wait for the platforms to reach you and you can step on it. 

These platforms will take you up to the next shelf level so just enjoy the ride. Now, once you reach to the next shelf, you’ll find a massive chest sitting there. It’s pretty hard to miss. 

Hiding on this floor is the Onsen Manju you’re looking for. All you need to do to find him is head toward your left, where you’ll see a stack of pillows.

One stack is right next to the chest, while the other is in a corner against the wall. Approach the one closest to the corner of the wall. Now, look who’s here!

Dozing off next to the cozy cushions, you’ll find Onsen Manju. Head over there and collect him! 

Kosian Kushi Dango

Upon spawning into the game, immediately jump down into the ground level and start heading towards the open door to the right.

There, you will see various other doors, including an easy to distinguish brown sliding door immediately to your right afterenteringthrough.

This leads into a very obviously Japanese-themed area with a tatami floor mat and a short table in the middle of the room.

Once you are there, look at your right and you will see a tree there. Jump on top of it, and then jump to your left into the Noren curtain. You are going to find the Kosian Kushi Dango right there!

However, while doing that, try to use a little fruit like Blueberries or Tamago Sushi.

Soy Sauce Senbei

The latest update of the game has added an entirely new room, which means that there are a handful of new food items hidden all around the area. Read on to learn how you can get there, as well as unlock
the soy sauce senbei!

Also, make sure to pick a food item that is relatively small or thin, as you are going to need to squeeze into a pretty tight spot to get to it. The safest bet would be something like the Tiny Caviar, but even a slice of bread can do it.

Entering the New Japanese Room

Upon spawning into the game, immediately jump down into the ground level and start heading towards the open door to the right.

There, you will see various other doors, including an easy to distinguish brown sliding door immediately to your right afterenteringthrough.

This leads into a very obviously Japanese-themed area with a tatami floor mat and a short table in the middle of the room.

Finding the Hidden Soy Sauce Senbei

After entering the room, make your way to the corner with all of the pillows and the lift. Do not get on the lift. Instead, climb up the pillows and get further into the closet.

Once you reach the second stack of pillows and other linens inside (marked by a pink-ish print), jump down to the side, off to the left.

Upon reaching the bottom, you will see the soy sauce senbei just leaning on the pile. Here is where the size or shape of your food becomes important.

You’ll need to squeeze through to approach it. After that, though, once you touch it, the Soy Sauce Senbei is all yours! Now you can be a savory little Japanese rice treat too!

Sanshoku Dango

Right off the bat, what you want to do is jump off the counter where you spawn in. Once you reach the ground, make your way to the open door to the right.

Through here, you will see a wooden sliding door to the right. Inside will be a Japanese-themed room with a tatami floor mat, a short table in the center, and various other thematically appropriate items scattered around.

Once you are inside, make your way over to the open closet with the pillows and other linens. Climb up the pillows and get on the lift being held up by white rope.

From there, you don’t actually have to go up to wherever the lift leads. Instead, you can simply use this as a platform to jump onto the table in the center of the room. Most food items should be able to make that jump with ease.

Right in the middle of the table, you will find a bunch of full tea cups and a plate. Above the plate will be a single serving of Sanshoku Dango, which is exactly what you are looking for!

All you have to do now is walk right up to it and claim your brand-new morph, which has a fairly awkward shape as far as food items go due to where the Dango’s feet and face are placed.

Apple Pie

Secret Staycation released an update with a brand-new room that has loads of new snacks to satisfy your appetite. 8 new foods to be exact. But today, we’re craving something specific which is an Apple Pie, so let’s see how to get it. 

Bring along your buddies for this one, because you’ll need two players to acquire the apple pie. Now, all you have to do is follow along and we’ll show you where to go.

Bring two Candy Canes 

Once you’ve decided which Candy Cane buddy, you’d like to share your apple pie with, you are ready to spawn onto the counter tops. 

From here on, you would want to head over to the stove which is attached right at an angle to the countertop you are on. The flame of the stove is on, however. So, you might want to be quick here before you end up getting caramelized. 

Your Candy Cane buddy follows along with you while you drop to the handle of the oven underneath the stove. (Kind of silly and unserious but that’s what we love about this game!)

Finally, it’s your friend’s turn to jump on the handle. The weight of both candy canes should be sufficient enough to open the oven. Now, you might find yourselves stuck on the ground again with no way to get back up to collect your well-deserved Apple Pie. 

Don’t worry, though. The adventure doesn’t end there. 

Start Again 

At this point, you’re probably getting impatient and hungry. All you have to do to collect your Apple Pie is start the game over to respawn on the counter tops again. 

No, you do not have to repeat the entire process because the oven will remain open just like you left it. Now, you have to just head back over there. Jump on the middle tray of the oven and lying there, you’ll find a tasty, fresh dessert called the Apple Pie. 

This pie is made up of Puff pastry, apples, sugar, flour, eggs, butter, cinnamon and honey. All irresistible ingredients.

Collect your Apple Pie and you can play around to see how it moves. Unfortunately, you can’t eat this treat, but you can use them as a character in your collection of foods. The Apple Pie is specifically ideal to use as a flat surface, where other foods can jump on top of its head.

You can use this feature as your advantage in reaching a location or simply helping a friend out. 

Gyoza

To get the Gyoza location in Secret Staycation, you’ll need to go through the following steps:

1. Enter the new Japanese themed room;
2. Go towards the right corner with the table that has dolls stacked on it;
3. Use a friend to jump onto the table;
4. Climb up the shelves until you reach the shelf with the vase;
5. Pick up the Gyoza next to the vase.

Enter New Japanese Room

Your trek to the Gyoza location will start by first entering the new Japanese themed room. If you don’t know where it is, you can get to it from the hallways that are adjacent to the kitchen.

Once you are in the hallways, look to your right. You’ll see a Japanese themed room with a divider for a door. This is the new room added to the game. Enter inside.

Jump on Drawer

After you enter the room, go towards the far corner towards the right of the room. Once you’re near, you’ll notice a shelf or a cabinet with some dolls stacked on them. 

Stand under this table – as the Gyoza location is in the vicinity.

While you can manage the jump solo, it’s very difficult to do so and will depend on your luck. This is why we recommend that you have at least one friend with you. 

Have them turn into a food item that you can easily stand on top of and which will give you some height. The Melonpan is a great one that your friend can turn into.

After that, have them stand underneath the position in an ideal spot. Stand on top of your friend and try to jump on the table. If you keep having trouble, adjust the position and friend’s food item until you get on top.

Climb Up To Top Shelf (Gyoza Location)

Once you’re on top of the shelf, you’ll need to progressively make your way up. You can do this part solo. However, if you keep having trouble with the controls, it can help to have some friends as support to give you some height.

Next, we’ll provide you with a rundown of how exactly you can get to the top.

Start by climbing on the small wooden box next to the dolls.

After that, use the height to jump onto the smallest doll. From there, you can make your way to the top of the largest doll. This part can be a bit tricky as the jumps in the game can feel very tricky sometimes. 

But don’t give up, you’re almost near the Gyoza Location!

Once you’re on the top of the largest doll, turn to the opposite side. You’ll be able to see a shelf in your sight with a narrow vase on it. Jump with full force and get to the shelf.

Turn around again, and look towards the opposite shelf that is above you with a wide vase. Again, get on top of it like you did before by jumping with full force. Don’t worry about jumping any more, the Gyoza is in sight!

Once you’re on this shelf, go towards the base of the wide vase as indicated below. Get really close to the vase and try to walk into it. When you do so, you will be able to obtain the Gyoza and add to your collection. Additionally, you will also be able to transform into it!

Dragon Fruit

To get to the Dragon Fruit location in Secret Staycation, you’ll need to do the following steps:

1. Enter the new Japanese-themed Room;
2. Go into the corner with the open closet;
3. Get up and use the pulley platforms to go to the top (friends recommended);
4. Jump up to the wooden box using your friend as French Bread;
5. Pick up the Dragon Fruit to add it to your collection!

Enter the New Room

Starting off, you’ll want to make your way to the new room added to Secret Staycation. You can find it in the hallways that are adjacent to the kitchen.

Once you’re in the hallways, look towards the right. You should see a distinct Japanese themed room with dividers and props. Enter inside this room.

There are a bunch of Food items you can find in this room – alongside the Dragon Fruit. Check out our Soy Sauce Senbei guide to find it for yourself!

Use the Platforms on the Pulley System

Once you’re in the new room, go towards the corner of the room. You should notice an open closet with various shelves and props inside. A lot of times, you’ll also see other players hanging about this area.

Go up a bit and you should see two platforms controlled by a pulley system. You can use these platforms to get up.

However, getting up can be a bit annoying. This is because other players will constantly be jumping on both the platforms. As a result, you’ll find that the platforms are always going up and down randomly.

Sometimes, the platforms will be balanced and you won’t end up going up at all.

This is why we recommend that you bring along some friends. They can help by jumping onto one of the platforms, so that the other goes up. In this way, you can go to the top of the closet reliably.

Otherwise, you can communicate with the other players in the lobby. But knowing how gamers can be, you might not have the best luck with this! 

Whatever way you use, you’re close to getting the Dragon Fruit!

Reach the Top of Wooden Box (Dragon Fruit Location)

Once you’re at the top of the closet, you’ll see a bunch of colored cushions stacked next to a wooden box. Start by jumping on top of the cushion covers.

After that, you’ll need to get on top of the wooden box. Unfortunately, the wooden box is just too high for you to jump up. This is why you’ll absolutely need to have one friend alongside you. Additionally, your friend will need to turn into a French Bread or similar large food item.

Have them come up and stand against the wooden box, as shown in the image below. This will allow you to jump on top of them, and get to the top of the wooden box.

Once you’re at the top of the wooden box, you’ll be able to spot the Dragon Fruit at the other end. Simply walk over it and you’ll have it in your collection! You can now also transform into it.

Melonpan

To get the Melonpan, you’ll want to play in the hide-and-seek mode. When you spawn, you’ll be able to see the ATM on your left. When you see it, turn to your right. Keep going until you see a chair.

Next, you’ll want to climb on top of the chair. To do this, you can climb on top of the umbrella and follow all the way to the top. Then, jump on top of the snack bags and you’ll be able to land on top of the table.

If you look to your right, you will be able to find the chocolate donuts along with the Melonpans. Jump on top of the second shelf and you will be able to collect the Melonpan.

Takoyaki

To get the Takoyaki, you must obtain 200 points in the hide-and-seek mode. Winning a match as a hider gives you 11 points, and winning as a seeker gives you more than 11 points depending on how many players you manage to find.

Whether you are a Seeker or a Hider, we’ve got some tips for you! You can use the tips to obtain all those points more easily.

As A Hider

As a Hider, you’ll ideally want to hide in smaller corners that the Egg Detective cannot get to. Flat food items like the Sugar Cane or Cookies are great ways for you to hide in these corners.

You can hide between the items on the shelves or inside the gap between the ATM machine and the wall. There are many other locations you can also hide in, so be as creative as you can to survive.

As A Seeker

As a Seeker, you’ll want to find as many players as you possibly can. There is a limited time frame for you to find all the players. The more players you catch, the more points you will receive in the end.

As the Detective Egg, you’ll want to avoid corners that you cannot get to. This is because you have a bigger size compared to other players. You’ll want to prioritize searching in bigger areas like the shelves, where many players can hide.

That’s how you can get the Takoyaki in Roblox Staycation!

Leek

To get Leek, you will need to obtain 500 points in the new hide-and-seek mode. Upon reaching 200, 500, and 100 points, you will receive a unique food morph.

To receive points, you’ll need to survive as a hider and find as many players as you can as a seeker. In the next section, we will give you some tips that you can apply to survive more effectively.

As A Hider

As a hider, your main goal is to survive for as long as you possibly can. It is recommended that you use smaller food to hide more easily. For example, you can use the Sugar Cane, which is a flat food to help you get into areas the Detective Egg cannot get to.

The Detective has a round shape, meaning that it cannot go into the flat corners like the Sugar Cane. You can use this tip to your advantage and survive for longer in the hide-and-seek matches. You can try going inside the gap between the ATM and the wall.

As A Seeker

If you are chosen as the Detective Egg, you will now become a Seeker. Your main goal is to find as many players as you possibly can.

Since the amount of time you have is limited, avoid searching for people in corners you cannot get to. Due to your size, it is sometimes better to search in areas that you have greater access to.

Some people with bigger foods can be found more easily, and you should prioritize chasing them first before you go for the other smaller foods.

Each game is going to be different since you do not know what people will do. However, you can always apply those general tips to win more and obtain more points each game.

Once you have enough points, you will also be able to obtain the Leek food morph.

Consome Potato Chip

To get Consome Potato – First, you will need to enter the hide-and-seek mode. From Spawn, you will be able to see the ATM Machine. Then, turn right and keep going until you see a chair

Once you’ve seen the chair, you’ll want to use the umbrella to climb upwards. Then, climb up the bags of chips and you’ll eventually reach the cash register.

When you are on the cash register, you’ll want to type in 117. If you ever typed it wrong, you can always press the C button to reset and try again.

Once you have the 117 number on the screen, you’ll want to press 0 to open up the box under it. Inside the cashier box, you will be able to see the Consome Potato Chip. To obtain it, walk on top of it and you will be able to have the morph.

That’s how you can get the Consome Potato Chip in Roblox Secret Staycation!

Detective Egg

To get the Detective Egg Skin, you must obtain 1000 points in the new hide-and-seek mode. You can earn points by surviving as a hider and finding other foods as the seeker.

Upon reaching 200, 500, and 1000 points, you will be able to obtain a unique morph. The last 1000 points milestone is where you’ll be able to obtain the Detective Egg.

As A Hider

When you first start the game as a Hider, you will have some time to hide before the Detective Egg awakes. It is recommended that you play as flat foods to survive more easily.

This is because the Detective Egg is round, meaning that the player cannot go inside smaller corners. For example, you can use the Candy Cane to get in between the ATM Machine and the wall.

There are many other tight corners that you can go inside as small foods. Being small allows you to get into areas that the Detective Egg cannot. Small foods can also be harder for the seeker to track so it is also another advantage for being one.

As A Seeker

If you are chosen as the Seeker, which is the Detective Egg, you will be using this morph for the whole game. Your main goal is to find as many Hiders as you possibly can.

Since you can be bigger than certain foods, it is best that you avoid trying to find people in tight corners. Investing your time searching for people in areas you can access easily is the best way for you to find as many people as you can.

You’ll want to keep playing until you eventually receive the Detective Egg! You can apply the tips that we’ve shown you to hide more effectively and seek more people. Each match is going to be different, meaning that there are also many factors that you should take into consideration.

Tamago Sushi

Before doing anything, you will first need to change your food into the Caviar. If you do not have this food yet, check out this detailed guide on where to find Caviar.

The reason why you need to have Caviar is because you will need the mobility and size in order to get to where the Tamago Sushi is.

Once you have Caviar and are using the food, go to the bathroom and climb up the ladder.

Once at the top of the ladder, cross the gap by using the shampoo bridge and move alongside the ridge that will lead you to the washing machine door.

Move until you are at the middle of the ridge and aim for the rim above the washing machine entrance (refer to the red arrow as your guide).

When you are sure you are aiming at the rim, launch yourself to the rim and make sure you stick the landing, because you can possibly overshoot the rim and go over it.

If you make it successfully to the rim of the washing machine entrance, carefully make your way to the washing machine door.

Don’t jump or rush yourself, because that will lead you to falling down and starting all over again.

Once at the peak, you can then launch yourself up towards the mirror. Use that as your target, as you need to land inside the sink, and the mirror is just above the sink.

Once at the sink, stand on top of the rubber duck and look up. You will then see the faucet hole. This will require precision and luck, because you will need to launch yourself up into the small hole.

If you were any other food except the Caviar, you will be pulling your hair out due to how hard it is.

Once you make it into the small faucet hole, you will fall inside and land in the pipes that contain the Tamago Sushi. Approach the Tamago Sushi and it will automatically unlock.

Peanut

Before starting the search for the peanut, I advise you to change your food to something that’s much smaller. The location where the peanut is hiding is small, so larger foods are going to have a hard time fitting inside.

Here are some of the foods you can use to go inside smaller areas:

• Blueberry
• Salt Potato Chip
• Sakuramochi
• Croissant
• Small Piece of Cheese
• Chili Pepper
• Mushroom
• Sugar Cube
• Cherry Tomato
• Egg
• White Strawberry
• Christmas Egg
• Candy Cane
• Caviar

Once you have changed the food you are using, head straight to the bathroom and climb up the stool.

Yes, you’ll be making your way to the bathtub area! So, if you’re looking for a dedicated guide on how to get on the Stool & Bathtub, make sure to check out our guide for that as well.

Once at the top of the stool, launch yourself to the sink and stand up. Make sure you are aiming at the bathtub this time before you launch yourself, as you can easily miss the bathtub and fall down to the bathroom floor.

When you make it to the bathtub, head to the top left corner of the bathtub (where the faucet is) and push the second tile from the left. You will then find a secret compartment that will open up with just enough pushing.

Inside the secret bathtub compartment, you will find the peanut just hanging out with a family of rubber duckies. Approach the peanut and you will immediately unlock the Peanut food for use.

Blueberry

Sometimes, it is pretty easy to find some food skins in Secret Staycation. And luckily, the blueberry is an example of that! You are going to find this new fruit in the bathtub.

Therefore, pick a skin for yourself and get going right away. Leave the living room and take a turn to the left to reach the bathroom.

There, you are going to see a yellow stool in front of you. Climb on top of it and jump to the counter next to the stool.

Now, you can easily jump inside the bathtub. Once you do that, you will see a wood piece.

Go behind it, and you are going to find the blueberry. Easy, right? If you’ve ever experienced the challenge of locating a small piece of cheese skin amidst much effort, choosing this option is a wise and easy choice.

Coconut

You are going to find this new fruit in the bathroom. However, in order to get it easily, we recommend you use the Candy cane skin as your go-to. You are going to need its hook to get to the coconut.

Once you are ready to go, jump off the kitchen countertop and leave the living room. Go straight ahead and turn left to reach the bathroom.

After reaching there, climb on top of the yellow stool and jump to the counter in front of you.

Then, jump to the bathtub right next to the counter. You are going to see a clothesline on the wall.

Head to the clothesline and use it to go to the other side. You can do this by using the hook of the candy cane.

Once there, use the towel to climb to the top.

You are going to see another clothesline that connects the shelf you are on with the bathroom cabinet. Again, use the rope to get to the other side.

There, you will see the Coconut. Now, you can collect it and use it whenever you want! It is going to be a great alternative to the Watermelon skin when you need to use a big fruit.

Salt Potato Chip

In order to get this new salt potato chip skin, you will need to get inside a small area. Therefore, we do not recommend you use a skin that would make it harder, like a Candy cane or Coconut while trying to find it.

Instead, you can play as the default character, or you can use the Sugar cube, Caviar, or Chili pepper.

Once you decide which skin you want to pick, jump off the kitchen countertop and head to the bathroom. There, you will see a washing machine.

The new Salt Potato Chip will be in the small area between the washing machine and the wall. Get there, and you will find it and collect it pretty easily.

Sakuramochi

The Sakuramochi is going to be located in the kitchen of the house. Because of that, you should first head to that room. In order to go there, simply leave the living room by using the door on the right.

However, this door might be closed, and you might need to push it open. Unfortunately, you can’t do that when you are a small food. For this reason, we recommend you pick a Watermelon skin first.

Once you open the door, go to the bathroom and climb up the stool. Next, use the towel to climb to the top, and be careful with the blowdryer.

Once you are at the top, you are going to see a laundry basket on the right. The Sakuramochi will be hiding on the left side of that basket.

Croissant

First things first, pick yourself a food from the fridge to start going. Perhaps you might want to use one of the cool skins, like Christmas Limited Foods or a good old Chili Pepper.

Whichever you pick, make sure to choose something you would like to play as.

As always, you are going to start the game on the kitchen counter.

Jump down and head to the right; you are going to see a door on your right. You should head to that location and leave the room.

But do not go too far away. The croissant is going to be located behind that door.

Pistachio Macaron

You can find the Pistachio Macaron just under the Christmas Tree inside the house.

Christmas Egg

1. Right next to the Christmas Tree, you will find a shelf. There will be a hole just under the shelf.
2. Enter the hole and you will be taken to a maze-like place.
   • Here’s a guide which shows you how to get outside/get to the balcony area of the game!
3. Find your way through this maze-like place and get to the other end and you will find a pink bucket right next to a snowman.
4. The Christmas Egg can be found inside the bucket – In order to get inside, you’ll have to climb the laundry rack and jump inside the plant box, where the Pancake is also located!

Christmas Cake

1. You can only get this item when you are a Candy Cane.
   • If you still don’t have it, you’ll want to check out our guide on where to find the Candy Cane location.
2. Go to the kitchen and make your way up a stack of different boxes that will act as ledges that you can climb.
3. Make your way through the different boxes of cake mixes until you get to a shelf with a thin orange wire.
4. As a candy cane, hook yourself on the wire and navigate your way to the end. You will find the Christmas Cake at the other side.

White Strawberry

1. Go as the Caviar instead of as the candy cane.
   • If you still don’t have the Caviar, you’ll want to check out our guide on where to find the Caviar location.
2. Go back to the very same shelf right next to the Christmas Tree.
3. There will be blocks that you can climb on. Jump from the blue block to get to the shelf and climb up the green block and the pink block.
4. Continue going up the shelf. You will be able to climb another ledge that’s next to some books. Continue going up those books until you get to the top of the shelf.
5. Use the rulers as bridges until you get to another shelf.
6. At the top of the shelf after the rulers, there will be pieces of wood that act as bridges.
7. Stop at the middle of the second brown piece of wood. Look to your left and jump into the Christmas sock to get the White Strawberry.

Small Piece of Cheese

The Small Piece of Cheese, just like with the other skins you can get, is inside of the maze. You can get to the maze by going to the other side of the kitchen.

Go underneath the giant shelf and you’ll find a hole in the wall, granting you access to the inside. This is also the same place you’d go to if you ever want to visit the balcony or outside area of the flat.

Make a right turn when you first get in. You’ll know that you’re going the correct direction if you find a spoon along the hallway.

If you do, go all the way to the end of the hallway and turn left when you see a ballpoint pen.

Go past the ballpoint pen and turn right when you get the chance to do so. You’ll end up doing a U-turn at this point, you’ll also see a coin on the side.

Use that as a landmark if you ever get lost.

Stay on the left side when you get to the next section. You’ll find another coin on the side of the hallway.

Keep following the hallway and make one more U-turn at the first opportunity.

Turn left once more and you’ll end up in a room with a stash of coins in it. This is the same room where you’ll find the small piece of cheese lying on top of some dirt.

Chili Pepper

The Chili Pepper is hiding in the far end of the living room. What you need to do is make your way across the dining table and get on the couch.

Starting at the kitchen is great because you’d already have the high ground to begin with. Go behind the stove, up the milk cartons, and the clipboard to get across.

Climb up the clipboard on the kitchen counter and jump onto the dining table. Make your way to the opposite side of the dining table and jump onto the couch next.

Once you’re on the couch, simply walk or jump over once more to the other side. The Chili Pepper is resting on the back of the right arm, looking over the train tracks.

You’ll probably be able to see him too if you already know where to find the Candy Cane. It’s still in the same room but in a rather high location.

How to Get to The Balcony & Solve Maze

There’s only one way to get to the outside area of the flat in Secret Staycation. You can get there by making your way to the very bottom of the shelf.

The same shelf that’s sitting right in front of the train tracks. At the bottom of the shelf is a hole in the wall. Give the directions below a good look, so you don’t end up anywhere else.

Get inside of the hole and make a left turn when you get the chance to do so.

Walk all the way to the end of the hallway and make another left turn. Follow the hallway you’re currently in and turn left when you see a Duck with a Santa Hat.

Make two more left turns and you’ll be able to do a U-turn that leads to a long hallway. At the very end of the long hallway, turn right and then turn left again when you get to the other side.

If you haven’t wound up elsewhere, then you should start seeing different textures by now at the end of the last hallway. Everything that will lead to this area will only require you to take one path.

Follow the gray bricks and birch wood pattern and stick to the left. There’s a circular hole at the left that will lead you the balcony.

Go forward a little bit and you’ll shortly find a swing set with a mushroom on it.

Mushroom

The Mushroom is one of the many skins you’ll find in Secret Staycation. To unlock the mushroom skin, you need to find the dormant mushroom resting on top of a swing.

You can find the swing on the rooftop, which is on the other side of the giant sliding door.

Start your journey by heading for the bottom side of the shelf. There should be a hole there that you’ll be able to fit in without any issue.

Here’s the direction that you should take once you’re fully inside. You only have a left turn to make when you first get in.

After that, walk all the way to the end of the hallway and make another left turn. Follow the hallway and make one more left turn when you see a Duck with a Santa hat.

Make two more left turns and you’ll be able to do a U-turn that leads to a long hallway. At the very end of the long hallway, turn right and then turn left again when you get to the other side.

At this point, you’ll only have about one path to take until you start seeing bricks and some wood. Keep following the narrow path once more and use the hole in the wall on your left to exit.

Turn right for one last time and you’ll see the swing set where the mushroom is sitting. It’ll be placed in your fridge right next to the Onigiri once you pick it up.

Pancake

The pancake is located in a plant box next to the swing set on the outside area. Getting to the outside area or balcony means that you’re going to have to navigate the maze.

The maze is right underneath the reasonably sized shelf in the middle living room. Getting inside of the maze means using the hole in the wall under the shelf.

When you’re inside of the hole you only have one direction to take and that’s to the left.

The next corridor will have nothing much, so make a left turn when you get to the end. Keep following the hallway and turn left before you get close to a Duck with a Santa hat.

At this point you’re going to have to make two more left turns. Eventually, you’ll make a U-turn that will lead into another long corridor.

At the very end of the long hallway, turn right and then turn left again when you get to the other side.

Everything else that leads to the exit will only require you to take one path. Eventually, you’ll start seeing some wood and gray bricks.

Take another left turn and stay in between the two textures. Then, you’ll find another hole in the wall leading to the balcony.

Now that you’re outside, you’ll be able to locate the pancake without any further issues. Go beyond the swing set where the mushroom is.

Climb the laundry rack and land inside of the plant box.

The pancake is sitting underneath the flowers on top of some dirt. Who knows how long it’s been there.

French Bread

To get the French Bread, you will need to go to the drawer cabinet that is located in the corner of the room.

You can easily find it by going to the sliding door that leads out to the balcony and look to your right.  

Behind the cabinet drawer, you can find the French Bread positioned there as if it had fallen behind the cabinet drawer and have been forgotten there.

Approach the French Bread and it will immediately be unlocked for use.

Sugar Cube

Finding the Sugar Cube is quite easy. The Sugar Cube can be found on the train that is moving around the apartment.

However, the hard part is getting it. The Sugar Cube is located inside the train car that is covered with a roof above it. Although you can get in by going through the windows.

This is where the hard part comes in. In order to get the Sugar Cube, you will need to time your jump perfectly until you go through the window and land inside the train car.

However, there are instances where people have jumped through the window and exited through the other window, so again, time your jumps perfectly.

Cherry Tomato

The location of the Cherry Tomato is actually very easy to reach. It is located at the bottom of the bookshelf on the side of the apartment.

Moving behind the books and stacks of papers, you can find the Cherry Tomato just sitting behind there. Approaching it will immediately unlock the food for use.

Egg

The location of the Egg is at the top shelf in the kitchen. To get there, you will need to climb up by using the stacks of food boxes that are scattered all over the countertop.

Keep climbing up until you reach the top shelf of the kitchen.

Once you reach the top shelf, keep moving forward until you find the Egg sitting on a stack of plates.

Simply go up to the Egg and you will immediately unlock the food by touching it.

Christmas Cake

Before doing anything, it is recommended that you find the Candy Cane first. This food will help you reach a particular part of the map where the Christmas Cake is.

If you don’t have the Candy Cane yet, check out our guide on where the Candy Cane is located.

Once you have the Candy Cane equipped, you will need to go up the kitchen counter and climb up the fridge until you reach the shelves there.

Once you reach the top shelves of the kitchen, go to where you can see a line that goes all the way to another corner of the map.

This is why you need the Candy Cane equipped.

Using other foods will make it harder to get across. But with the Candy Cane, you can simply hook yourself to the line and go across the room to the other end of the line.

There, you will find the Christmas Cake that is located near the edge. Bear in mind that there is a glitch that the textures of the cake are not loading.

This won’t affect you getting the Christmas Cake, but you might accidentally be confused as to where the cake is since it is blending to its surroundings well.

Christmas Egg

To find the Christmas Egg, you will need to look for this hole in the wall that can be found under the shelf. Once you find it, you will then have to go in the hole.

You will then find yourself in the walls of the apartment. Follow the path moving forward and keep doing it until you find the exit that leads to the balcony of the apartment.

Once outside, you will see a snowman in the distance. Behind it, there will be a watering pail. Head towards the back of the snowman and the watering pail.

There, you will find the Christmas Egg behind them. Pick it up and you will unlock the Christmas Egg as a usable food to walk around the game with.

Watermelon

First, you will need to locate the Vacuum Cleaner. The Vacuum Cleaner is next to the walls of the house. Once you have found it, climb up the stick part of the Cleaner.

After that, jump on top of the backpack/luggage on your left. Then, jump to the right to continue going upwards.

On the Counter, you will be able to find the Watermelon. Once you touch it, it will be added to your inventory.

Candy Cane

First up, you will need to have the caviar character unlocked, as it will have the easiest time reaching the spot that you need to go to.

With the caviar equipped, make your way to the vacuum cleaner to the right of the door. Climb up all of these objects in order to reach the top of the cabinet, where the watermelon is.

Upon making it up there, walk past the watermelon and climb up the ramp. Once you’re up there, climb the next ramp and carefully walk along the thin ledge.

Near the end of the ledge, you will find the candy cane hanging to the side. Once you reach it, simply touch it to unlock it as a playable character.

Caviar

First of all, in order to reach the spot where the caviar is hiding, you will need to use something like the strawberry, egg, cheese, orange, or lemon.

From beside the stove, start platforming above the boxes and other random objects piled up to form a ramp going up to the top of the fridge.

Once you make it up there, walk past the pumpkin and look down. You will see a table with a large plant right below. You will have to jump onto this table and avoid tumbling down onto the floor below.

If you can make it on the table without bouncing off onto the ground, you will be able to grab the caviar in between the two potted plants.

White Strawberry

To find the White Strawberry, you will need to go up the shelf first. But this might be hard for some people, as there are challenges along the way.

It’s like playing Only Up! – just don’t fall off and you won’t have to start from the beginning.

When you reach the top and start going through the planks of wood, look to your left and you will find two Christmas socks that are hanging up.

In the green one, you can find the White Strawberry hiding inside. Get close enough so you can jump in and get inside the green Christmas sock, which will unlock the White Strawberry for use.

How To Get on Stool & Bathtub

When you start the game, first thing you should do is put on the Candy Cane food. This is important because the Candy Cane has the right height for this.

However, it is a Christmas event exclusive food and if you are just starting the game now, you might not have the food to use it. If that’s the case, then that’s completely fine. A good alternative that isn’t exclusive to any events is the French Bread.

Although it might make walking around harder as it is so tall, you can get snagged by things that are hanging around.

But if you’re good with moving around as a French Bread, then it shouldn’t be a problem to climb up the stool just by walking up to it.

With the Candy Cane (or French Bread) equipped, you will need to jump from the stool and to the sink here. Once on the sink, do the same thing again and you will be able to make it to the bathtub.

Once on the bathtub, you can jump in and go for a swim. You won’t die or anything from drowning. And if you do jump in, there is a ramp at the end of the bathtub that will bring you out of the water and into the surface.

How To Get Past Blowdryer

If you use any food that is small and weak, then you’ll notice that they will get easily blown away. But what about something that’s heavier?

Just like in real life, heavier objects will have no problem staying where they are if wind is blowing them away. And since a blowdryer isn’t exactly a wind blower, it won’t blow heavy foods.

Here are some of the foods you can use to get past the blowdryer:

• Green Apple
• Coconut
• French Bread
• Watermelon
• Christmas Cake (Christmas Exclusive)

Use any of the food mentioned above and you will find yourself easily walking past the blowdryer wind without so much as breaking a sweat… if food can sweat, that is.
