When you see a big monster in a video game there are two things that can cross your mind: one is to run and the other is to hit it really hard.

If you’re the person that goes for the latter then Wild Hearts is the game for you, it is a Monster-Hunter-like game where you beat up giant monsters in a Fantasy Japan setting.

You don’t even need to do it alone since the game’s co-op mode lets you progress through the whole story together with your friends, so you can get more sticks to beat up the monster.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to use the Hunter’s Arm in the game so you can hit those monsters with a stick in style!

Hunter’s Arm | How To Use & Climb Monsters In Wild Hearts

When going through Wild Hearts you’ll be fighting these big monsters called Kemonos and usually, they’re pretty tough to defeat and needs a bit more whacks than the smaller monsters you see around the area.

To help damage these monsters you have your Hunter’s Arm, which can help you deal a lot of damage to the target, but how do you use it?

This is how you use the Hunter’s Arm in the game.

When fighting a Kemono you’ll first need to damage it to a point where there are blue spots on it.

So if don’t see those bright blue spots then keep whacking it with your stick a bit more until it does appear.

Once it does appear you need to sheathe your weapon and climb on it using X+R1.

Once you’re on top of the monster move to one of the blue spots and press L2 to use the Hunter’s Arm.

When done correctly, you’ll do an animation and you’ll automatically get off of the monster.

Congratulations you now know where to use the Hunter’s Arm in Wild Hearts, now go out there and try to do it yourself!

Many thanks to No-Nonsense Guides for showing everyone how to do this, if you need more information on the subject then go check their YouTube video.
