The children yearn for the mines! The more you progress through Wild hearts the more you realize that the game wants you to take a break from the main story and actually farm materials for your own benefit.
If you deem yourself a seasoned action fantasy role-player you won’t think twice to head in the opposite direction to check on anything that you may have missed. The problem is the map is huge! As much as you want to explore fantasy Japan you only have time to look for one specific material.
In this guide, we’ll show you just where to find Sakura Stone!
Where to Find Sakura Stone – Wild Hearts
Finding Sakura Stone earlier on will benefit you most when it comes to crafting weapons and armor. Different ores give out different bonuses depending on the chapter you’re in so at this point you should know that hoarding is your best friend!
Your gathering exploits begin at Harugasumi Way, which is located right in the middle of Minato and Akikure Canyon.
It would be best to start at the Giant Tree Trunk Camp as the path here is easier to follow when gathering Sakura Stone.
From there head east towards the Windswept Plain and take a left going to Spring-Call Shrine Remains.
You should run into a cave to your left immediately, follow that and you will find one unit of Sakura Stone on the other side next to some statues.
Drop down to the Southern Obsidian Cave next and take a right turn once you see a three-way junction, this will lead you to a large cavern filled with green crystals and healing water. Keep an eye on your HUD as you need to head west into a narrow passage.
Go through that passage and you will be greeted by another unit of Sakura Stone on your first left turn.
With that information you can now go and farm more minerals for yourself, those Dragon Pits won’t expand on their own you know!
