Free Farmable Smelting Set in New World

With the new update that New World has received, there have been a lot of new things that you can explore and play around with. Something very cool that was added to the game is the Smelter’s Set. In this guide, we shall be showing you how you are able to obtain it without breaking a sweat. Let’s get started.

New World – Free Farmable Smelting Set

Previously this Smelter’s Set was only obtainable through the player’s trade skill attribute. For example, if you went to your trade skills and you got your smelting to the third level it could sometimes drop you a potential recipe to be able to craft the Smelting Clothing.

Right now with the latest update, you are able to get all of the Smelting Pieces as craftable recipe gears that are dropped by mobs. Something that players have been very excited and happy to hear.

Where To Get The Smelting Set?

The best location for you to get the Smelting Set and all the separate pieces of gear is the Brimstone Sands. This whole new zone is located on the top left corner of the map and it is very local to the settlement in the center of it – the New Corsica Capital.

You will need to go to the left of this capital and then in the middle, you will find the Solarium Khepri and Heliopolis. Those are in the center of the highlighted area above and you can get the new Smelting Sets there. This is where all 5 of the drops are contained too.

Mob Drops

These here are the Mobs that will drop each separate piece of Smelting Gear:

• Smelter’s Headgear – Dawn’s Chariot Khepri
• Smelter’s Smock – Batheqet of the Cudgel
• Smelter’s Mitts – Mountain Colossus Sakhr’geb
• Smelter’s Pants – Montukahl of the Shield
• Smelter’s Shoes – Thunder Antaeus Atumnem

For all of these mobs, you will need to have a party of around 5 to 10 players because all of these mobs are Elite and this zone is Elite too. That means that you might get wiped out and even need to repeat and retry a couple of times until you get these drops.

If you don’t want to do all that farming and dungeon clearing, you can always just open up the market and buy some of the Smelting Gear Set for yourself. It can come very pricey as it is right now because it is a brand-new item to be obtained, but still, it is very cool to have.
