Neishatun is that Boss that can wipe out your entire group of friends if you don’t pay attention to him even for a millisecond. This here is a guide on how to kill him without any of those issues.

Neishatun Boss Fight Tips/Guide – New World

Neishatun is a level 66 Boss that has 884.700k HP.

Location:

He is weak to Arcane, Thrust, and Nature.

Good farmable items are:

  • Neishatun’s Breastplate
  • Infinite Chaos
  • Reluctant Savior

Fire Circles

Stand near the pattern’s central edge so you may simply shift to a safe location. There’s a position where you can see the portal entrance that I like to use. After the fire circle bursts, you can simply sprint into the center and to a safe position. From the second circle phase onward, this is a great thing to do.

Very important is to find this Pillar at the edge a little bit outside of the circle area. You can stay with your group and never take any damage until the AoE damage passes.

He will begin doing ground pounds after the first segment versus the boss. It’s best to wait until it happens before using your cooldowns so you don’t get trapped in it during an animation. You can also block them when needed.

Roles

  • Healer – Stay near to the melee group, just like range DPS, so the Corruption Core doesn’t spawn too far away.
  • DPS – Avoid being hit by the Neishatun rush strike by staying away from Tank following circle phases. Prioritize the Corruption Core(orb) above all else. If you need to, eat a fire stack from the circles. If you’re a ranged DPS, try to keep your distance from the melee. Corruption Cores frequently appear on the range.
  • Tank – Position Neishatun away from the arena’s edge but not in the middle. There’s a perfect area about three people’s length from the edge where he can hit someone with a tail whip and they won’t leave the arena. Also, turn parallel to the edge to reduce the likelihood of tail whips pushing someone to the brink. When the circle phase is finished, try to dash towards the middle/boss so you can take Neishatun’s Tank Rush attachment without endangering everyone else.

Extra Tips

  • Turn your FOV from default 40 to maximum 70. Now you can see more of the area around you and more cautious to his attacks.
  • Turn on Subtitles – When he says: My desire pierces deep’’ he’s gonna use a Piercing Shot. When he says: Arise, seething chaos’’ he’s gonna unleash the orb that you need to kill

It takes extra tries, but most of all, be cautious of his Piercing Shot. There have been instances where entire groups have been wiped out completely in one shot. Other than that, keep looking for those safe zones, and time your attacks. Good luck!
